Attitude

Sometimes, I have to tell Adlyn that she needs to change her attitude.  It could be that she woke up too early and is just off to a grumpy start.  I'll kindly tell her that she needs to change her attitude.  When I do, she gets frustrated and mad.  She'll respond by saying, "I'm not additude!  I'm Adlyn!"  She must think that attitude is a name that I'm calling her, and she doesn't like it.  Attitude does sound a bit like her name, and I think she thinks I'm saying something such as additude.
